If you need to change your address, please submit a ticket within that time frame. In rare cases, while we strive to keep our inventory up to date, items may be out of stock. If this occurs, we can offer store credit that can be used at any time.

5.1 Our company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. We provide tracking information for all shipments, and customers must monitor their orders and contact the shipping carrier directly for any transit issues.

If your package does not arrive, please contact our customer service team within 45 days of the shipment. We will work with you to investigate the situation. 5.3 Once you receive your order tracking number, it is your responsibility to track your shipment and ensure its receipt. If your package is misdelivered, lost, delayed, or damaged due to a carrier error, which is outside of our control, you must contact your local postal service and submit a claim as soon as you notice the issue. Additionally, please notify us through a support ticket and provide proof of the error, including an official letter or email from the postal carrier, to be eligible for a refund. The claim will be verified upon submission.

5.4 If you receive an order with missing items or incorrect quantities, you will be eligible for a complimentary reshipment. Please note that packaging weight and item quantities are verified and recorded upon shipment, so claims must be accurate to qualify for this service. It is your responsibility to record the unboxing of your package and send us evidence of any missing items in order to qualify for this service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth resolution.

6.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully verify all shipping details, including the address and contact information, before completing the checkout process. Incorrect information may result in delivery delays or issues, for which we will not be held liable. Any errors in the shipping details must be corrected within our 1-hour policy.

6.2 Customers who fail to claim or receive their package in a timely manner, or who provide an incorrect shipping address (as stated in our policy, which allows a 1-hour window to correct any address errors), are not entitled to a reshipment. If your order has not been received within the T/A of 14-30 days due to mail seizure, you will be eligible for one complimentary reshipment to a different address, provided you meet the following eligibility requirements. The quality control department retains the authority to determine the appropriate course of action regarding the order. Proof of seizure must be provided, including a photograph of the seizure letter and the accompanying envelope.
